when you say just after sunset you mean that hour where everything is like blue and the light is even and the sun is down but the light isnt completely gone?

Pretty much yes :) I like to wait for sunset because I think the golden hour is beautiful too. So I take some shots then. Then the moment the sun hides behind the horizon is my favorite. Everything is perfect and beautiful and diffused.
